Space Planning
A specialist design service that helps you make the most of your space. Ideal for anyone planning a renovation, self-build, or moving into an empty home, as well as those who simply feel their current layout isn’t working.
Together we’ll review how each room functions, discuss potential layouts, and explore alternative arrangements to improve flow and practicality. The aim is to create a layout that makes sense and avoid wasted space, costly mistakes, and furniture that doesn’t quite fit.
This service covers up to three rooms. Whole-home layouts or renovation plans can be quoted individually.
The Process

01. Share Your Plans, Measurements, and Photos.
You’ll receive a short form to complete, covering everything that will help me prepare before we meet. If you’re unsure of anything, we can go through it together during our session. If you’ve booked an on-site visit, I’ll take measurements for you.

02. We Meet to Discuss
This can take place virtually or in person. It’s a chance to explore your ideas and talk through practical solutions. I’ll learn about your requirements, how you use the space, and what you want to achieve.
In-person consultations are available for an additional charge of £99. -
03. Space Planning Process
I’ll explore a range of layout options until I find the best fit for your space. This includes careful consideration of function, flow, light, proportions, and how the design can be implemented effectively. This process can take up to two weeks depending on the scale of your project.

04. Receive Your Layout Guide
You’ll receive a document with detailed drawings and an explanation of the design decisions made. We can review this together in a video call, or I can send it for you to review in your own time; whichever you prefer.

05. Request Additional Support*
*If required. This service includes one round of revisions. If you’d like to keep developing the design or need continued support as your project progresses, I can offer this through one of my other design services.
