We’ll look at how fabrics can influence mood, function, and flow; from curtains, cushions, and upholstery to headboards, built-in seating, and even finishing touches like towels and throws. This service can include both bespoke designs and ready-to-buy furniture, blinds, or accessories, making it flexible for any budget or project size.

The Process

  • 01. Share Your Plans, Photos, & Requirements

    You’ll receive a short form to complete before we begin. This helps me understand your rooms, existing furnishings, and what you’d like to achieve. You can include images, inspiration, or any specific pieces you’d like to keep.

  • 02. Consultation

    We meet either in person or online to review your space and discuss what’s needed. That could be curtains, cushions, upholstery, or something bespoke. I’ll ask about your lifestyle, budget, and how you’d like the room to feel so that the fabrics we select are both practical and beautiful.
    In-person consultations are available for an additional charge of £99.

  • 03. Design Direction

    I’ll develop a design direction tailored to your style and space. This includes recommendations for fabric types, textures, and finishes, along with ideas for colour and pattern placement. We’ll look at how these choices tie in with your existing scheme and how they’ll perform day-to-day.

  • 04. Product Specification

    You’ll receive a list of proposed fabrics and soft furnishing options, including details on size, composition, and suppliers (where appropriate). This can include everything from bed linen and cushions to upholstery and window treatments.

  • 05. Request a Sample Box*

    *Optional add-on. I can curate a bespoke sample box with all recommended fabrics in one place. You’ll also receive a short guide on how to review them in your home, taking into account light, texture, and tone. Pricing is based on project size, starting from £29 for one room.

  • 06. Final Review

    We’ll go through your selections together to confirm final choices. Adjustments can be made if you’d like to explore alternative options or change scale or colour. This service includes up to two revisions.

  • 07. Order and Production Support*

    *Optional add-on. I can arrange quotes with trusted suppliers and makers for curtains, upholstery, or custom pieces. Alternatively, you can use the specification to order through your preferred supplier. Pricing based on project size, to be discussed on request.

  • 08. Installation & Styling*

    *Optional add-on. Once everything has been produced, I can assist with installation, styling, and placement to ensure every piece feels considered and cohesive within your space. Pricing based on project size, to be discussed on request.
