The Process

01. Discovery
We start with an introductory call to discuss your project, goals, and timeline. Once confirmed, you’ll receive a welcome pack outlining what to expect, how we’ll work together, and what information I’ll need to begin.

I visit your property to understand how you use the space and what you want to achieve. We’ll define a clear design brief, budget, and scope of work. This will establish the direction that will guide every decision moving forward.

This stage includes concept creation, design development, and detailed documentation. From layout planning and material selection to sourcing and coordination with suppliers and trades, every detail is managed to bring the design together smoothly.

04. Delivery
Once the project is complete, I review everything with you in person or online to ensure every detail meets expectations. You’ll receive all relevant documents, care notes, and supplier information for future reference, along with the option for ongoing design support if needed.
